Hey, I’m Amy — a photographer based in both Sydney and the Central Coast, and the heart and soul behind Your Soulful Stills. I specialise in capturing all the good stuff — heartfelt family, maternity, in-home newborn, and couples + connection sessions.

When I’m up the coast, you’ll almost always find me beachside — sun on my skin, salt in the air, chasing that golden light. There’s just something magic about coastal sessions... the freedom, the wildness, the raw beauty. It sets my creative soul on fire every single time. In Sydney, I shoot across some gorgeous spots from Rouse Hill to Penrith and all the places in between — always chasing moments over poses.

I’m not here for stiff smiles or picture-perfect poses. I’m here for the real stuff — the chaos, the cuddles, the windblown hair and belly laughs. I photograph families because I know how quickly these days pass... and I want you to have proof of the love you lived in.

My love affair with photography began somewhere between 10 and 12. I was always a creative little thing — arts and crafts in one hand, curiosity in the other. Then one day, my dad brought home his first DSLR, and you’d better believe I claimed it as my own. I’d spend hours wandering through parks, camera in hand, soaking up the details that others might miss. There were seasons when I’d pick it up and put it down, but in late 2023, I made the leap — heart-first — and haven’t looked back since. When I set my sights on something, I go all in. And when we meet, I hope you’ll feel just how much love I pour into every click.

When I’m not behind the lens, you’ll find me wrangling a bunch of energetic, hilarious, and occasionally very cheeky 4–5-year-olds in my full-time role as a preschool teacher. I truly love what I do — even on the wild days! Working with little ones has gifted me endless patience, quick thinking, and a real knack for turning chaos into joy. It’s a big reason why my sessions with families and kids feel so relaxed and natural — I know how to meet children where they’re at, keep things fun, and create a space where everyone can just breathe and be themselves.
